Ingredients For Fried Cabbage Patties

Our recipe for fried cabbage patties requires only a few simple ingredients.

Of course, the main ingredient is fresh cabbage, so make sure to choose the best quality available.

For the patties, I always use organic free-range eggs, as they significantly enhance the flavor. Trust me, the difference is worth it!

I choose to fry the cabbage patties in cold-pressed avocado oil, which not only is healthy for you but also has a high smoking point. Of course, you can use a neutral vegetable oil or olive oil instead.

Other ingredients we need are all-purpose flour, red onion, and fresh parsley.
