My delicious Feijoa crumble is probably the easiest and quickest fruity dessert you can whip up in a flash. Enjoy with some vanilla ice cream on the side.
15 to 20ripe Feijoasshould yield around 3 cups of Feijoa pulp
2tspcornflour
1cup self-raising flour
1/2cup brown sugar
1stick soft butter
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350℉/180℃ (fan-force setting)
Cut the Feijoas in half and scoop out the pulp with the spoon. Put the pulp straight into the baking dish.
15 to 20 ripe Feijoas
Put the baking dish with the Feijoas into the preheated oven and let the fruit stew for around 20 minutes.
While the Feijoas are in the oven, prepare the crumbles: Simply mix the ingredients with your hands until they resemble crumbles. Set it aside for later.

Once the fruit is hot and bubbly, take the dish out of the oven.Stir in the cornflour and mix well.

Now, arrange the crumbles evenly on top of the stewed Feijoas. Put the baking dish back into the hot oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the Feijoa crumble cool down for a few minutes. Serve it while it is still warm with cream and a scoop of ice cream.

You can prepare the crumble mixture ahead of time and store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
Also, instead of fresh Feijoas, you could use frozen ones. You need to defrost them first.
If you don't have Feijoas, you could make an apple, peach, or plum crumble.
