Peel the bananas and break them into chunky pieces. Use a fork to mash the bananas. Don't worry if it is a bit lumpy.

Add the eggs and mix in with the fork.

Now we add the oil along with the sugar. Mix again until well combined.

Use a large spoon or spatula to fold in the flour. Don't overmix...

Lastly, mix the baking soda into the milk and add the mixture to the cake batter.

Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celcius/350 Degrees Fahrenheit.

Line a baking pan (you can also use a 9' springform pan) with parchment paper and fill in the batter.
Bake for around 40 minutes (depending on your oven) or until a skewer comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool down completely before topping it with the cream cheese frosting. ENJOY!
